		<description>Serves 4.

Ingredients:

	1/4 Cup Mayonaise
	1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
	1 Teaspoon Honey
	1 Tablespoon chopped parsely
	16 Oz. Rainbow Trout (with skin)

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.  Cover flesh side of trout with mixture.  Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and topping is bubbly. </description>
