Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 20 oz packages of fresh hash brown potatoes or one 32 oz frozen package
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 Cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup of Sour Cream
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions:
- Thaw potatoes if frozen.
- Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degress for 1 hour or until bubbly.
Makes 8-10 servings.
