Broiled Rainbow Trout

Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Mayonaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsely
- 16 Oz. Rainbow Trout (with skin)
Directions:
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover flesh side of trout with mixture.
- Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and topping is bubbly.
