Broiled Rainbow Trout

Serves 4.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsely
  • 16 Oz. Rainbow Trout (with skin)

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.  Cover flesh side of trout with mixture.  Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and topping is bubbly.
